San Antonio, Texas 1852 – Museum Series

$35.00

Printed in Germany from a view drawn by Herman Lungkwitz, this lithograph shows the city as seen by a visitor arriving at its outskirts. The border views of the Alamo, the main plaza, and the missions in the vicinity recall the origins of what had been the chief Spanish settlement in Texas. This slightly reduced in size, colored facsimile faithfully duplicates the attractive character of a very scarce print.

The museum quality edition of this view is printed on a heavy paper to highlight its delicate coloring.

Size: 15 x 17 1/2 inches – Color, Cover-stock Paper
